Our Story
Mechanical integrity still runs on systems designed around work orders and spreadsheets, not around corrosion loops, damage mechanisms, and the codes that govern them. Inspectors end up reconciling three tools and a spreadsheet to answer one question: is this asset still fit for service?
Prisma Verify was built the other way around — codes first. API 510, 570 and 653 workflows, API 580/581 risk ranking, and API 579 fitness-for-service are implemented as engines you can open, with every number traceable to the readings and assumptions that produced it, so a reviewer can retrace a result instead of trusting a black box.
One rule shapes the whole platform: it never invents a number. Where a reading, a rate, or a remaining-life figure is not backed by real data, the field reads as unknown rather than being filled with a plausible estimate. In integrity work, a confident wrong answer is far more dangerous than an honest gap.
